Scope of Application (B2B Notice)
Our offer is directed exclusively at commercial businesses, tradespeople, agricultural and forestry operations, and legal entities under public law. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing the goods for your commercial, agricultural, or independent professional activity. Sales to private consumers (B2C) are excluded.
Shipping Conditions
Shipping Costs: Freight charges depend on order volume and delivery destination and are calculated transparently during checkout.
Delivery Times: Unless otherwise agreed, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days following receipt of payment. Stated delivery dates are non-binding estimates unless a fixed date has been explicitly confirmed by us in writing.
Transfer of Risk: Shipment is at the buyer's risk. The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer as soon as the consignment has been handed over to the forwarding agent or carrier.
Default of Acceptance: If the buyer fails to accept delivery, we reserve the right to invoice any resulting additional costs (such as storage or return freight charges).
Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods:
- Prepayment / Bank Transfer: You will receive a proforma invoice upon ordering. Processing and dispatch take place immediately after receipt of payment.
- Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal: Displayed during the checkout process.
Returns, Claims & Warranty
No Statutory Right of Withdrawal: Because our products are sold exclusively to commercial and agricultural B2B customers, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
Duty to Inspect and Give Notice of Defects: The buyer must inspect delivered goods immediately upon receipt for completeness, transit damage, and obvious defects. Identified defects must be reported to us in writing via email at office@cerpur.com (ideally with photo documentation) without delay, and no later than 5 business days after receipt. Hidden defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. Failure to report within these periods deems the goods accepted.
Handling of Defects: For justified and timely claims, we will provide repair or replacement delivery at our discretion.
Returns of defect-free goods are accepted solely on a voluntary goodwill basis following our prior written approval, and remain subject to restocking/processing fees and return transport costs.
